For standard packages, the official meeting points are at **Kencom** and **Moi Avenue** in Nairobi. Detailed maps and contact info for your driver are provided upon booking.
2. What is included in a standard package?
Most of our standard packages are fully comprehensive. They include unlimited photography, stunning scenic views, premium Matatu transport, entrance fees, access to swimming facilities (if applicable), and soft drinks.
3. Do I need to bring my own swimsuit?
Yes! If your package includes swimming (like the Olkaria Geothermal Retreat or Masii Resort), we highly encourage you to bring your own swimsuits and towels.
4. How does my booking help charity?
A percentage of all profits from our tours, car hires, and hotel bookings goes directly to our charity fund. This fund supports events and resource distribution (like clothes, food, and sanitary towels) at places like the Bethlehem Children Home.
5. Is the Matatu transport safe?
Absolutely. While our Matatus are vibrantly customized to reflect local Kenyan culture, they are rigorously maintained, driven by professional chauffeurs, and adhere to the highest safety and comfort standards.
